What's new in After Bingo
The changes to the game that players can see, newest first, each dated the day it went live. The game went online in the browser on 24 October 2026 and moved to afterbingo.app/play on 27 October 2026. Since then a second map, a new weapon, XP and ranks, bingo balls and the Prize table have come in, and the touch controls have been rebuilt for phones.
The game as it is now
This list says when something changed; the other pages describe the game as it plays today. The numbers of every weapon are on the weapons page, both maps on the maps page, the XP, the ranks and the prizes on ranks and prizes, and the controls for keyboard, gamepad and touch in how to play. Found something that changed and is not listed here, or something that broke? Write to support@shipcore.io. Or play the newest version: the page always loads it.
Changes
The Dash button is gone from the touch controls: a quick swipe of the walking finger dashes, the way you swipe, from a standstill or mid-walk. The Controls screen now shows the controls of what you play on, touch on a phone or a tablet, keyboard and gamepad on a computer.
A new look for the menus. Your bingo balls sit in a counter at the top right, a press away from the Prize table, and at the end of a round the balls you earned fly into it. The bingo ball is red now, drawn by hand. Options is a gear at the top left of the title screen, every panel carries its title ribbon inside it, the notices are white in a red border, and the crosshair is a flat red plus that no longer covers the score or the scoreboard. Quit, Credits and the Stats panel's Reset are gone.
Prizes drawn by hand. The shop's stand-ins make way for a butter knife, a carving knife, a cleaver, a cardigan and a dressing gown, and the cake server, the letter opener, the golden knife and the gold jacket are drawn too. Every knife and outfit fits both Stan and Lou, and the man on the Prize table is much bigger. A stand-in you bought is gone, and its bingo balls are given back.
Prizes. The Prize table opens from the title screen and the Profile: knives, outfits, hats and dash trails to buy with bingo balls, a prize for each rank from Early Bird up, and the golden knife at 1,000 kills. What you wear shows online too. The title screen gets a drawn logo.
A new knife: every man now holds a drawn dagger, in his hand, on the screen's weapon slot and at the Prize table.
The game moves to afterbingo.app/play, beside this site. The old address sends you on, a link to a friend's game included. Progress made at the old address stays in the browser there.
Bingo balls. Every round played to its end pays bingo balls beside the XP: for the round, the kills, the awards, your place and a few feats. They show on the scoreboard, in the pause menu and on the title screen.
Stan and Lou. Your first visit asks who you are, Stan or Lou, and your name; the new Profile changes both, with your colour. Otis and Gus play as bots only, and every man now has the same health and knife.
Levels. Every rank is cut into levels, shown on the title screen, before each name on the scoreboard and in the online lobby. A kill floats its XP over the kills counter, and the pause menu says what the round has paid so far.
Touch controls rebuilt. The first finger walks wherever it lands and a second aims; a quick tap attacks the nearest enemy in reach; aim assist helps the sticks, with a switch in Options; the Dash button sits by the walking thumb. The pause now stops a game against bots.
Hiding and passing. A tree's canopy or the gazebo's roof turns see-through for the man under it and hides him from the bots. Players pass through each other, and the dash goes the way you move.
XP and ranks. Every round played to its end pays XP, with bonuses such as First of the day and Flawless, and XP climbs the ranks from Whippersnapper to Centenarian. The scoreboard shows what the round paid.
Four difficulties: Easy, a new and gentler Normal, Hard and Very hard. Bots dash now, and the bazooka fires less often.
The menus stand in front of a drawn bingo hall, which carries on round the game in a wide browser window.
The first release build: the privacy policy, the credits, a notice that play statistics are on with the switch in Options that turns them off, and a preview picture for shared links.
This site opens at afterbingo.app, with the game a button away.
The SMG joins the weapons, quick to fire, with spawns on both maps. The shotgun gets a new drawing, the crosshair turns red and a heart stands before the health bar.
The Community Centre, the second map: a bingo club in a retirement village, with a hall, a chapel, a games room, a car park and a garden with a gazebo.
The dash, on Shift, the gamepad's A or a touch button. More bots in a match, more seats online, a panel for your name, your man and your colour, and a number after a name another player already has.
Health packs on the maps. The knife and the bat now run fastest and the bazooka slowest, and the wait after a slow weapon shows on its icon and round your man.
The app icon: the man in the black jacket shaking his fists on an orange sunburst, in the browser's tab and on a phone's home screen.
The game goes online in the browser under its name: rounds against bots on Four Seasons, online play with friends by a code or a link, the flamethrower, damage numbers, awards at each round's end, the Stats panel and weather in every season.
